From the M5 at junction 25 (Taunton)
Take the A358 signposted Chard, Ilminster and Yeovil.
Join the dual carriageway where at the traffic lights at the top of the hill, turn left at Thornfalcon Garage onto the A378 towards Langport.
Continue for 2 miles into the village of Wrantage. The Canal Inn will be on your left hand side and you will find Woodlands Residential Care located just 200 metres further on, again on the left.
